Our pioneering spirit
Established in New Zealand in 1954, Brink's are pioneers in the New Zealand food industry. Over the years, we have built a reputation based on strongly held family values, and it's these values that continue to set us apart today. Hard work, commitment and above all, respect, underpin everything we do. While our range has grown to include a comprehensive selection of premium chicken products, we continue to apply the same values and care to our product and people that we have always done since 1954.

Guiding Principles
At Brink’s, our workplace is driven by a spirit of regard and caring for others, shared responsibility in our actions and co-operation amongst our people.
To help us respect this spirit we have six values to guide our behaviours – quality, integrity, positive attitude, accountability, honesty and prosperity. While simple enough to understand, the challenge is to make sure we apply them every day in our dealings with others.
